When you join the training session, two volunteers will be on the call with you. They be the ones will guiding you about how to access the OTN platform. They do NOT collect any personal health information from you.

We are trying to help you connect with your physician. If you have any questions about how to access the OTN platform in the training session, our volunteers would be more than happy to answer them or will redirect you to email us.

How will this benefit you?

We go through the process step by step and take the time to help you become comfortable with the platform. We also give tips on video etiquette which is helpful for future OTN video calls or even video calls in general!
